### Introduction

Welcome to TechTable by Cyber Pop-up. This service is operated by Cyber Pop-up INC. By using TechTable, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

### Registrations and Reservations

Registrations for dinners open every Monday morning for the following week’s dinners and close on the following Monday at 11:59 PM. Active users must register within this time frame to secure their spot. Registrations are only accepted through TechTable; reservations made via other platforms may not be honored and are not eligible for a refund.

### Dinners

- Dinners are held on selected weekdays and last approximately two hours.
- The exact address of the restaurant will be provided on the day of the event.
- We partner with high-quality restaurants where meal prices typically range from $30 to $90 per person. Participants are responsible for covering their own bills.
- Groups may be adjusted up to a few hours before the dinner to ensure the best experience for everyone.
- TechTable is not responsible for any occurrences at the restaurant or for the final amount of your bill.
- Dinner tickets are non-refundable.

### Community Guidelines

To ensure a secure and pleasant space for everyone, we provide clear guidelines for acceptable behavior both on and off our platform. Adhering to these guidelines helps us nurture a vibrant, safe community. Violations may result in warnings, account restrictions, or removal.

#### Profile Guidelines

- **Age:** You must be 21 to join our dinners. Misrepresenting your age is prohibited.
- **Profile Photo:** Upload a clear, unfiltered photo of yourself.
- **Name:** Use your real, legal name.
- **Contact Information:** Confirm your email and phone number.

#### Conduct Guidelines

- **Respect Others:** Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- **Hate Speech:** Any form of hate speech or dehumanization is strictly prohibited.
- **No Illegal Activities:** The promotion or engagement in illegal activities, including controlled substances and violent organizations, is banned.
- **No Commercial Exploitation:** TechTable is not a marketplace. Using the platform for unauthorized sales or promotions is not allowed.
- **Safety First:** Threats, violence, or any form of harmful conduct are grounds for immediate removal.
- **Impersonation and Fraud:** Misrepresentation or scamming will lead to account suspension.

#### Attendance Guidelines

- **No Shows:** Missing more than two booked events without cancellation may result in a suspension.
- **No Guests:** Reservations are non-transferable and only valid for the registered participant.
- **Punctuality:** Arrive on time to respect other attendees and the flow of the event.

### Subscription

- Subscriptions are valid for 30 days and automatically renew unless canceled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. Once the subscription fee is charged, refunds will not be issued.

### Modification of Terms & Conditions

TechTable reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
